If you would like to make a referral, you are welcome to do so at any time. If there are no vacancies immediately, your name will be placed on our waiting list.
The Referral Process
Once a completed referral form has been received, it will be considered by the team, made up of staff from Mind in Bradford and Tradeforce (The City Homes in Mind Partnership). The applicant will then be contacted with a date for an informal interview.
At the interview, you will have a chance to look at the flat available and we will talk about your mental health and establish whether we are able to offer the support that you require. No decision will be made at the meeting.
After the interview, the team will discuss the outcomes and decide if the applicant fits our criteria. Once an applicant is accepted, arrangements will be made for the applicant to move in. For a referral form or further information please contact us.
